Its location right next to bars and restaurants was beautiful. The staff there were welcoming and accommodating.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

Savoury breakfasts at their home-bacon.

You guys made my stay really nice. It was clean place, staff were amazingly nice and pleasant, and I liked my functional room. The breakfast was plentiful for what was on offer with hot meals.

The lack of hanging space in rooms is quite perplexing for a wedding venue!!! It would be nice to sort out the noise disturbances from event guests and improve the check-out process to avoid frustrations!!!

Enjoyed good Sunday lunch, expertly served by attentive staff members Dan and Nathan. Don't miss trying the fillet steak on your visit. It's cooked to perfection!

The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were excellent and were really good too accommodate our requests. I especially enjoyed the superb breakfast and relaxing treatment at the tranquility spa.

The double room was warm and comfortable, with a nice shower and comprehensive amenities like tea and biscuits. Breakfast was a highlight, freshly prepared and delicious. The experience was marred by uninvited guests using the lounge area during key moments, and staff service was lacking, requiring reminders for basic tasks during the wedding. Communication about room arrangements was also poor, leading to unnecessary discomfort on a special occasion.

The Stanwick is a culinary delight with great Sunday lunch and a breakfast that blows your socks off! The staff are friendly and the gardens are a fine backdrop for dining. The local spot, The Duke of Wellington, is just a hop away for extra eating adventures.

Had a bit of a wait at the bar and the wine service was a tad lackluster. Those bed wheels need a lock or two for the coffee sit-down in the morning!

The Stanwick Hotel's gardens are fine, perfect for leisurely strolls. The food quality impressed me, especially the Sunday lunch-a highlight . Afternoon tea felt luxurious, with a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, and scones. The staff maintained a friendly demeanor, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere. The wet room in my bathroom had a draining issue, leading to wet floors, inconvenient. The emergency green light in the bedroom was surprisingly bright, affecting sleep. A consistent bar pricing also seemed lacking , as some drinks varied in cost without clear explanation.

The venue had beautiful gardens, and i loved the cozy shared areas filled with books and games. The double room was well stocked with everything, including the biggest, fluffiest towels. I really enjoyed my relaxing treatment at the tranquility spa.

What an very nice stay! The Sunday lunch was hot and tasty, and breakfast was just superb! I loved the beautiful setting overlooking the gardens.
